Very bad experiance had a check up in april and they were ment to sent a referal off as an emergancy... months past so contacted them to chase it up to be sent on a wild goose chase trying to find where they had even sent it to find out in november they had only sent me to north nees hospital for a routine check up and didnt send referal off till late september so oppiontment didnt get booked the july 2019 its all wrong and im apparenty lying or been given the wrong information... complete joke
The receptionists are always very helpful and friendly both on the telephone and also face to face. I have never had any problem getting an appointment. Fiona my Dentist is lovely and always puts me at ease.Would definitely recommend.
Having had to change my dentist at Burgess and Hyder as a result of someone leaving, I joined another dentist's patient list.I was extremely happy and comfortable with my new dentist Adam. Sadly I am one of those people who is easily distressed at a visit to the dentist but Adam put me at ease from the outset. I am booked in for two further treatments and feel very settled re future visits.
The car parking at Ferryhill B & H is absymal.The car park is cramped, people park in disability bays with no blue badge. Also people double park.The Team and my Dentist Jonathan are incredible. The team and reception are faultless.Jonathon's a remarkable and patient dentist.He's very assured. One of the best that's treated myself and my family at B & H.
I took my partner Alan here today for oral surgery and I have to say the staff are so friendly .. Alan really dislikes going to the dentist but all the staff were great and made us feel welcome. I must do a special shout out to Dr Keen Amy and Louise for putting him at ease thank you to you all x
