I've rented a property off amrp for close to 2 years.. I've had nothing but trouble.. endless list of repairs need doing and nothing has been repaired.. I give up.. I'm currently looking to move out!!!
Do not use this agency I had a property in Northumberland left the property because of there bad tenants downstairs with the same agency and now they are saying I owe them 1600 after I vacated the property with rent fully paid till the day I left now won't answer my emails to wipe the debt I do not owe be warned don't use these rather be on the streets
Never had a moments problem with them. If you need repairs they are quick to respond. All you need to to is pay your rent as you're supposed to do.
This company is the worst ever housing agency I have ever experienced as the housing coordinators open bank accounts in your name without permission and when you leave the property they say you are still liable to pay for the property for 6 months after you leave and then say you cannot claim it back as a dispute
They keep on fixing the boiler instead of replacing it with a new one the staff are very appalling also very rude. They also never do any repairs they get somebody to come out and they never come back. Even when the house is clean they still complain that it's dirty and needs improvement
