The perfect choiceI can't fault this company for anything, and as my wife will testify, this is probably a first, such is my 'alleged' obsessive nature. Although I admit, it's maybe not as bad as the better half will lead you to believe. Lord Roofing and Groundworks recently completed a re-roof on our 1786 Listed property, and we were both supremely impressed by not only the attention to detail, knowledge, and craftmanship of the team led by Kon, Billy, Mark and Daniel, but also the everyone else involved. From the James (one of the Directors) and his advice, but also Matthew, Joan and Nicki and the Customer Relations team. Nothing was too much trouble, and the passionate nature for our home was duly felt, acknowledged and very much appreciated. Ive had some work done by Lord Roofing And Grounds Works in regard to my flat roof, for a while Ive wanted my garage roof upgraded and satisfied would be an understatement. It has been damp and leaking for some time now but Im very happy with my garage roof, it looks brilliant and I would like to thank Billy and his team for their great work. I wish to compliment your firm for the excellent work just completed on the roof of my house. I had wasted money early this year with another firm on poor repairs but now all the cracked ridge tiles have been replaced with a new dry ridge system and the chimney stack has properly fitted lead flashing. (No more messy cement pointing). I was so pleased that I then had the flat roofs on two bay windows replaced with lead. Your men were quick, quiet, courteous and very tidy and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
Had my path block paved. I loved it so much, even though they were still working on the front of the house I asked them to do the side and back of the house as well. What a beautiful job they did, nothing was to much trouble for them. I now have my neighbours, the post man and people knocking on my door (trying to sell me things) saying what a wonderful job. Ive never written a review before, but felt it only fair based upon my recent experience with Lord Roofing & Groundsworks. After seeing my neighbours have their driveway renewed I felt it was time ours was updated also. I called Lord and spoke to Joan who booked us an appointment with David, whom was very thorough and detailed and advised us of all of our options, as well as showing us a full portfolio of previous photos of past works.We chose our new driveway in Trident Burnt Ochoa blocks with a Buff Border and are very impressed with not only the completed driveway and path, but also the competitive price and professionalism of Neil, Karl and the lads. They were extremely pleasant, hard-working and ensured our driveway was left spotless everyday until it was finished. Would thoroughly recommend, excellent job, we are both over the moon.
